If the main developer company (Joyport) plans to have the English verison going to be the same as the Chinese server, then my answer will be you need those. But only one of those will do.
As for when they planning to have those functions bring it over? Sorry, I really has no idea when. the new functions has way too many stuffs that is added in, which needs to take a long time for the dev. company to slowly translate and work it out.

vouchers can also rarely be dropped from bronze treasure box and hexagon treasure chest but this is very unlikely. for example just the other day i opened 55 bronze treasure boxes and didnt get even one voucher but i got 6 in 3 drops from 5 silver boxes so that shows you the difference in likelihoods.
